Discover Saudi Arabia’s Efforts in Field of Human Rights

The Saudi Arabia's military industries are among the most important goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, Al-Bilad newspaper reported in its editorial early on Friday.

The paper added that the military industries are successively witnessing huge local and foreign investments, which increases the contribution of this vital sector in gross national product (GDP).

The paper concluded that the General Authority for Military Industries (GAMI) has announced the launching of the World Defense Show, which will be hosted biennially in Riyadh.

The paper added that the President of Human Rights Commission (HRC) Dr. Awwad bin Saleh Al-Awwad, launched three initiatives related to international communication in order to highlight the reforms achieved in Saudi Arabia in the field of human rights at the international level and to enhance the HRC's interaction with its counterparts in the other countries.

The paper concluded that Dr. Al-Awwad emphasized that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has witnessed historical transformations and qualitative leaps in the field of human rights, including the issuance of more than 70 reform decisions in this field under the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and close follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense.
