Saudi Arabia’s Al-Hilal, Al-Nasr march on in AFC Champions League

Saudi Arabia's giants Al-Hilal and Al-Nasr have defeated Esteghlal Tehran of Iran and Al-Zawraa of Iraq respectively in the 4th round of the AFC Champions League group stage on Tuesday.

Italian striker Sebastian Giovinco have sent the victory to his side Al-Hilal when he scored the game's only against Esteghlal Tehran at Mohammed Bin Zayed Stadium in United Arab Emirates to finish the game with 1-0 win for the Riyadh based club.

Al-Hilal are in the driving seat of Group C with 9 points after achieving the victory in three games, while Esteghlal Tehran placed 4th in the group's ranking with 4 points.

Al-Nasr alsomanaged to achieve their second victory in the tournament's group stage afterbeating Al-Zawraa of Iraq 2-1 in the 4th round of the AFC Champions Leaguegroup stage.

Iraqistriker Alaa Abbas snatched the lead for Al-Zawraa in the 30th minutes beforemidfielder Yahya Al Shehri scored the equalizer in the 56th minute.

Striker NawafAl Farshan snatched the game's points during the injury time to finish the gamewith 2-1 win for Al-Nasr.

Al-Nasrplaced second in Group A with 6 points, while Al-Zawraa cemented in the 4thplace with four points.
