The Ambassador of France to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ludovic Pouille stressed that Historic Jeddah represents a long-standing legacy of the city whose age exceeds thousands of years; and is one of the important cultural and heritage fronts as it is one of human civilizational treasures.
He made this statement during his visit to Historic Jeddah; accompanied by French Consul General in Jeddah Mostafa Mihraje. The Ambassador got a brief on the museum, rare artifacts and mega projects in Historic Jeddah.
Ambassador Pouille also viewed a collection of rare pictures about the Jeddah region and exhibited collections and artifacts.
He praised efforts to preserve the heritage; stressing that initiatives implemented in Historic Jeddah will contribute to informing visitors. Besides, reminding them of the heritage of the city of Jeddah.
