Saudi Crown Prince welcomes Egypt President Al-Sisi to discuss bilateral relations

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi arrived in Riyadh on Tuesday.

At King Khalid International Airport, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, received President Al-Sisi and welcomed him in his second country, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Egyptian president was also received by Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Riyadh Region; Minister of State and Cabinet Member for Shura Council affairs Dr. Issam bin Saad bin Saeed (the accompanying minister); Saudi Ambassador to Egypt Osama Nugali; and Egyptian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ahmad Farouq.

Upon the Egyptian President disembarking from the airplane, Saudi Falcons airplanes offered an air show, during which they drew the colors of the Egyptian flag, welcoming the arrival of the Egyptian president in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

After resting in the protocol hall at the airport, His Royal Highness the Crown Prince accompanied the Egyptian president in an official motorcade to the Royal Court.

President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi accompanying delegation included Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry, Chief of the President's Office Major General Ahmed Mohammed Ali, Director of the Egyptian General Intelligence Directorate Major General Abbas Kamel, Chief of the Presidential Office Major General Mohsen Ali, and Commander of the Republican Guard Major General Mustafa Shawkat.
