The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, represented by Jazan City for Primary and Downstream Industries (JCPDI), concluded a five-day marketing tour in the Russian Federation, where a delegation led by JCPDI CEO Dr. Hussain Fadhli met with major Russian companies to discuss cooperation and present the city’s investment advantages, including advanced infrastructure and incentives.
Fadhli told the Saudi Press Agency that the tour was a success, reinforcing the commission’s commitment to empowering foreign investors and forging strategic partnerships to enhance economic growth.
He emphasized that this effort aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 and strengthens the Kingdom’s position as a global industrial and logistics hub.
During the tour, Fadhli signed a memorandum of understanding with the Business Russia organization to explore investment opportunities in the petrochemical, downstream, and metals sectors.
The agreement also covers cooperation in logistics and human capital development.
Furthermore, the commission participated in WorldFood Expo 2025 under the Invest Saudi umbrella, where Fadhli spoke at a session about the economic potential of the Jazan Special Economic Zone and the role of Jazan Port as a gateway for regional and global trade.
