The Pilgrim City in Saudi Arabia’s Hail region continues to receive Hajj pilgrims traveling through the area, supported by an integrated network of government, security and service agencies.
More than 500 male and female volunteers are participating in operations at the site, providing health, organizational, awareness and guidance services aimed at ensuring pilgrims’ comfort during their journey.
Several pilgrims expressed appreciation for the reception, efficient procedures and quality of services at the facility, saying the efforts reflect Saudi Arabia’s commitment to serving pilgrims and facilitating their movement to the holy sites.
The initiatives form part of broader efforts by the Saudi leadership to enhance services and ensure the comfort and safety of pilgrims throughout the Hajj season.
