Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Monday exempted the ministers of defense and interior of their duties.
Emir of Kuwait also re-appointed Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah as a prime minister of the caretaker cabinet.
Yet, Al-Mubarak apologized to the Emir of Kuwait for his appointment as prime minister shortly after that.
Al-Mubarak said , "I send a message of apology to Emir of Kuawit Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah for rejecting my re-appointment as premier due to the recent fabrications launched by some lawmakers against me".
