A survey conducted by the National Center for Performance Measurement (Adaa) has shown that more than 96% of those; who received the COVID-19 vaccination are happy with the services of the vaccination centers; reflecting the distinguished efforts made by the government bodies and their determination to provide the best services to their beneficiaries and ensure their satisfaction.
The Director-General of the Center, Eng. Rashid Bin Abdullah Al-Quoud, expressed his thanks and appreciation for the support of the wise leadership to all government agencies to confront this pandemic in a high level of accuracy and achievement; noting that the positive results of the survey reflect the quality of government services provided to the beneficiaries.
He also disclosed that the result of measurement; which was in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, was the outcome of 460,000 evaluations; covering more than 500 vaccine centers in all regions of the Kingdom.
