Two consignments containing 40,500 heads of sheep arrived at the Jeddah Islamic Port here a couiple of days ago, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) cited the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture as announcing Saturday.

This brings the total number of heads of livestock cleared since April 1 to 134,101, within the efforts of the ministry to support the local market and maintain price stability, the report said.
