Mojtaba Khamenei appoints Mohsen Rezaei as representative to Iran’s Supreme National Security Council

Iranian leader Mojtaba Khamenei has issued a decree appointing Dr. Mohsen Rezaei as his representative to the Supreme National Security Council in Iran.

According to Iranian media, Khamenei stated in the appointment decree that, given Rezaei’s valuable experience and his role as a pioneer during the eight years of the Sacred Defense, he has decided to appoint him as his representative to the council, expressing hope for his success in fulfilling this responsibility.

At the conclusion of the decree, Khamenei thanked Mohammad Baqer Zolghadr for his continuous efforts during his tenure, wishing Rezaei continued service to Iran as a "devoted soldier" of the Iranian people.
