Syrian security forces arrest Daesh cell in Quneitra

Syrian security forces today arrested a cell affiliated with the Daesh terrorist group, consisting of nine members, in the city of Khan Arnabah in Quneitra.

According to a statement from the Syrian Ministry of Interior, the operation led to the arrest of the cell's leader. Initial investigations revealed that the group was carrying out tasks for Daesh, including collecting weapons, transporting explosive devices and related materials, as well as other activities aimed at supporting the group's movements.

The Syrian Arab News Agency reported that the cell members have been referred to the relevant authorities to complete investigations and take the necessary legal measures against them.
