Political analyst Dr. Nayef Al-Waqaa said that preemptive strikes by the coalition and Yemeni forces on Houthi militia missile and drone storage sites, as well as command centers, are in line with international law and contribute to weakening the militia’s capabilities.

Speaking to Al Ekhbariya TV, Al-Waqaa added that Houthi attacks on Saudi Arabia, holy sites, and the Yemeni people demonstrate the group’s misguided nature and prove that its actions are pure terrorism, making strikes against it legitimate.

He further explained that these strikes have targeted the core of the extremist group’s operations, such as communications networks, highlighting the coalition and Yemeni forces’ readiness and the role of intelligence efforts complementing existing air and ground capabilities. Al-Waqaa said the coalition has begun dismantling the terrorist militia’s capabilities.
