Trump accuses Iran of duplicity in talks, warns of possible strong strike

US President Donald Trump said, "The Iranians are not honest and practice deceit during negotiations with the United States, agreeing behind closed doors but rejecting publicly through the media."

Trump added, "We are frustrated with Iran's negotiating style. If we had not struck Iran, it would have obtained nuclear weapons—the war was necessary to prevent that, and we can strike Iran with great force," according to Al Arabiya.

He continued: "We control Iran's funds completely. Iranians are not paying their soldiers' salaries, inflation has reached 300 percent, their currency is worthless, and the Iranian economy is now in chaos."
