Two Palestinians killed, others injured by Israeli fire in West Bank's Deir Jarir

Two Palestinians were killed and several others wounded by Israeli forces overnight during an attack by a group of settlers on the town of Deir Jarir, located east of Ramallah in the West Bank.

Local sources said the incident comes amid a surge in settler assaults on Palestinian cities and towns, aimed at expanding settlements in the area.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces raided several homes and residential buildings in the cities of Nablus, Hebron, and Ramallah, assaulting Palestinians and damaging property during search operations.
