Iran says talks with US ongoing, progress made but no final outcome

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi confirmed that negotiations with the United States, conducted through Qatari mediators, are ongoing and making progress, but have not yet reached a final outcome.

Iranian media quoted Araghchi as saying that Tehran hopes the other side will act rationally, adding that the results of consultations with Qatar will depend on the responses Iran receives to its questions.

The foreign minister emphasized that talks are still underway, with ongoing consultations and communications aimed at reaching an understanding on the issues between Tehran and Washington.
