US Treasury Secretary: All Iranian airlines to halt operations within two days

US Treasury Secretary Scott Beissinger announced that all Iranian airlines will cease operations worldwide starting September 23, according to CNBC. He added that he could not specify how long the conflict with Iran would last.

Speaking about the situation with Iran, Beissinger said that China is "highly engaged" in supporting the US campaign against Iran.

The Treasury Secretary also addressed talks with China, noting that "some tangible results" had been achieved. He said he discussed economic issues and matters related to artificial intelligence with Chinese officials.

He added that the United States and China will establish a dedicated communication channel to handle incidents related to artificial intelligence, and that both sides also discussed the process of "economic decoupling" with China.
