Trump warns US may resume action in Iran if no deal reached

Former US President Donald Trump stated that the US military would return to complete its mission in Iran if an agreement is not reached.

Trump added that only ships the US allows can pass through the Strait of Hormuz, emphasizing, "We control the Strait of Hormuz, not Iran," according to Al-Sharq.

He continued, saying Iran has initially agreed not to possess nuclear weapons, but must formally commit to this, adding, "Our position regarding Iran is currently very strong."

Trump also said that Benjamin Netanyahu wants the US to continue its conflict with Iran, but he believes now is the right time for Iran to make a deal. He expressed hope to avoid targeting bridges and power stations in Iran.
