Yemeni army downs Houthi drone in southern Taiz

Yemeni army air defenses in Taiz intercepted and shot down a Houthi suicide drone over the Shaqab front in southern Taiz.

Houthi forces had earlier launched rockets toward Shabwa and Abyan, while the Yemeni armed forces carried out airstrikes targeting Houthi reinforcements and a weapons depot in Jabal Habashi, west of Taiz, according to Al-Hadath.

Fighting continued in the Al-Wazi'iyah axis in southwest Taiz after Houthi attacks on the Kahboub mountain range along the western coast.
