Trump considering regime change in Iran, analyst says

Political analyst Bashar Jarrar has said that signs of accelerated military preparations indicate that the option of toppling the Iranian regime is being considered by US President Donald Trump.

Speaking to Al Arabiya FM, he added that these indicators have emerged and been leaked through the arrival of ammunition, weapons, and a third aircraft carrier to the region, as well as talk of a $20 million reward for information on Iran's nuclear program.

Jarrar continued that some believe President Trump may be waiting for the right moment to carry out a ground operation behind enemy lines.
