Yemeni analyst: legitimate government bound by constitution and national principles

Yemeni political analyst Dr. Faris Al-Beel has said that the legitimate government is bound by the constitution, the law, and national principles.

Speaking in an interview with Al-Ikhbariya Radio, Al-Beel added that the government is primarily responsible to the Yemeni people and must uphold the fundamental pillars of the state.

He continued that the Yemeni government's efforts have focused on serving citizens and preserving national dignity, seeking peace through negotiations that minimize the cost to Yemeni lives.

Al-Beel noted that Houthi militias have repeatedly reneged on agreements, while the Yemeni government has prioritized sovereignty and national interests without compromise.
