Bahrain welcomes US decision to remove Syria from terrorism list

Bahrain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has welcomed the announcement by the United States to remove the Syrian Arab Republic from its list of state sponsors of terrorism.

The ministry described the move as an important development that will support the Syrian government's efforts to enhance security and stability, advance reconstruction and recovery, boost opportunities for development and investment, and facilitate Syria's reintegration into the global financial and economic systems.
