NATO chief: Clear evidence of Russian attack on Leipzig Airport

NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte said there is clear evidence of a Russian attack on Leipzig Airport in Germany, according to Al-Sharq.

Workers had discovered an armed drone and an explosive device at Leipzig Airport, a major hub for civilian cargo and NATO logistics operations in eastern Germany.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov previously stated that NATO's increasing military activity in the Arctic poses a direct threat to Russia's security, warning that the alliance's exercises and military movements in the far north raise the risk of incidents that could lead to an armed confrontation with catastrophic consequences.
