Advanced weaponry held by Houthis signals external backing, says analyst

Military analyst Abdullah Al-Qahtani said the possession of advanced weapons and technology by the Houthi militia demonstrates that external parties are funding and supporting them to target civilians and threaten international maritime routes.

Speaking in an interview with Al-Ekhbariya TV, he added that coalition forces are successfully thwarting and countering all such terrorist operations.

Al-Qahtani stressed that terrorism cannot be appeased or negotiated with, noting that terrorist groups possess highly advanced technology in their arsenals.
