OIC Participates in Two-State Solution Meeting in Brussels

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), led by Assistant Secretary General for Palestine and Jerusalem Affairs Ambassador Samir Bakr took part in the second senior officials' meeting of the Global Alliance for the Implementation of the Two-State Solution, held on Thursday in Brussels.

Bakr reaffirmed OIC's commitment to ending the Israeli occupation and illegal settlement activities in the occupied Palestinian territories and emphasized the organization's support for a just and lasting two-state solution based on international law, relevant UN resolutions, and the Arab Peace Initiative.

Bakr also highlighted the alliance's importance in promoting international cooperation to halt the aggression on Gaza and deliver humanitarian assistance to the people there.
