Iran receives message from neighbors on new security, economic cooperation

Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said Iran has received a message from neighboring countries regarding the development of new security arrangements and economic cooperation.
Ghalibaf did not specify which countries are seeking to establish these security arrangements with Iran. However, earlier today, Iran granted exemptions for Iraqi oil tankers to pass through the Strait of Hormuz.

During his meeting with Iraqi President Nizar Amidi, Ghalibaf stated that the main factor behind the region's problems is the United States. He added that the recent war has caused difficulties in the region, hindering oil exports and affecting energy markets.
