Qatar urges respect for regional infrastructure, warns against threats

Qatar's foreign ministry spokesman, Majed Al-Ansari, stressed the need to respect infrastructure facilities in the region, noting that any threat to them constitutes a violation of international law.

Speaking at a press conference, Al-Ansari added that greater efforts are needed to halt Israeli violations in the West Bank and Jerusalem.

He also warned about developments in the West Bank and attempts to impose a reality that contradicts international consensus and the Oslo Accords.

Regarding US-Iranian relations, Al-Ansari said current efforts are focused on building common ground between the two sides, emphasizing that Qatari mediation continues and that a peaceful solution remains the only viable option.
