Israeli settlers enter Al-Aqsa Mosque under heavy security

Dozens of Israeli settlers entered Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem on Monday, entering in successive groups from the Moroccan Gate.

Sources said the settlers toured the mosque courtyards for several hours under heavy protection from Israeli security forces.

Israeli forces continued to impose strict military measures around Al-Aqsa Mosque, hindering the access of worshippers and visitors to the site.

Military reinforcements in Nur Shams camp

Meanwhile, Israeli forces deployed additional military reinforcements to Nur Shams camp in the northern West Bank.

Field sources reported that Israeli forces forced dozens of Palestinians to leave their homes in the camp, amid escalating raids on camps in the northern West Bank.
