Iran's president Bazeshkian reveals seven-hour meeting with Mojtaba Khamenei

Iranian President Masoud Bazeshkian revealed that his meeting with Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Mojtaba Khamenei lasted seven continuous hours, describing the talks as "very good" and noting that they covered sensitive files and major challenges facing Iran.

Speaking at the University of Tehran on Monday, Bazeshkian said Iran must avoid internal divisions in the current situation, stressing the need to "steer clear of creating discord and present a unified voice to the world."

The Iranian president explained that during the meeting, Mojtaba Khamenei emphasized the importance of strengthening "unity and internal cohesion," warning that adversaries are currently focused on fueling divisions and instability within Iran, which requires the highest level of national solidarity.

Bazeshkian called for a unified stance in facing the current circumstances the country is experiencing.

The lengthy meeting comes at a sensitive political and security juncture for Iran, following major changes in the country's leadership and escalating regional and international confrontations.

In his speech, Bazeshkian said: "No force can compel society to surrender or bow down." He added that the continued "refusal of the people to submit or yield" is due to Mojtaba Khamenei's message, in which he said, "the people have been revived."
