Yemeni forces destroy Houthi arms depot as Marib hit by missile attack

Marib province witnessed an escalation on the ground as Yemeni government forces targeted Houthi militia positions, barracks, and weapons depots, while simultaneously accusing the group of launching three ballistic missiles at Marib neighborhoods crowded with displaced people.

A Yemeni military source told Al Hadath TV that government artillery struck Houthi barracks and arms depots in the areas of Al-Kasara, Al-Zour, and Al-Mashjah, noting that a Houthi weapons storehouse was destroyed in the Sirwah area west of Marib.

In another development, Al Hadath’s correspondent reported that Yemeni government forces shot down a second Houthi drone over Marib.

Meanwhile, Yemeni government forces said Houthi militias targeted Marib neighborhoods packed with displaced people with three ballistic missiles.

According to Al Hadath’s correspondent, reports indicated casualties after a Houthi missile strike on a displacement camp in Marib.
