Yemeni army launches drone strikes on Houthi positions

The Yemeni army has announced that it carried out drone attacks targeting Houthi positions on several battlefronts in recent hours, confirming that there were deaths and injuries among the group.

According to the media center of the Yemeni Armed Forces, drones operated by the Sixth Emergency Brigade conducted what it described as "special operations" against Houthi sites and fighters in the Maran front, northwest of Saada province.

The center added that drones also targeted several Houthi fighters on the southern front of Marib province, as well as a command center belonging to the group in the Al-Salou front, southeast of Taiz province.

The media center published footage it said documented part of the drone strikes against Houthi positions.

The Yemeni army also reported that two of its soldiers were killed in the fighting, while stating that the Houthis suffered casualties as a result of the recent military operations.
