Arab Parliament condemns Iranian missile attacks on Jordan

Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Yamahi, Speaker of the Arab Parliament, on Tuesday condemned the targeting of Jordanian territory with several Iranian ballistic missiles, describing the attacks as an unacceptable violation of Jordan’s sovereignty and a threat to its security, stability, and the safety of its citizens.

In a statement, Al Yamahi affirmed the Arab Parliament’s full solidarity with Jordan and support for all measures taken by Jordanian authorities to safeguard the country’s security and protect its territorial integrity.

He added that the Arab Parliament reiterates its rejection of any aggression against the sovereignty of Arab states or actions that endanger their security and the safety of their people, warning that continued violations risk undermining efforts to achieve security and stability in the region.
