US Central Command redirects 9 ships attempting to breach Iran blockade

US Central Command confirmed it redirected nine commercial ships that attempted to breach Iran’s blockade, according to Al Arabiya.

The command had earlier announced strikes on military targets in Iran as part of ongoing efforts to undermine Iran’s ability to threaten commercial shipping in the Strait of Hormuz.

US President Donald Trump stated that Americans are not against war, but oppose rising energy prices.

Trump added that Iran would pay a heavy price for killing American soldiers, and that any response to Iranian attacks on ships would include strikes on bridges and power stations in Tehran and its surroundings.
