Pakistan’s prime minister visits Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah

Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif visited the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah.

During his visit, Sharif performed prayers at the mosque in a spiritual atmosphere, according to Al-Ekhbariya.

The visit is part of Sharif’s trip to Saudi Arabia, during which Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Pakistan signed the Mecca Joint Defense Agreement.

The agreement establishes a trilateral framework for defense cooperation, stating that any armed attack against one of the three countries will be considered an attack against all. The move aims to strengthen collective deterrence and support regional security and stability.
