Egypt and Saudi Arabia’s support for Yemen key to regional stability, says Al-Alimi

The Chairman of Yemen’s Presidential Leadership Council praised Egypt’s courageous stance under President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, highlighting Egypt’s steadfast solidarity with Saudi Arabia in confronting shared threats and safeguarding the interests and security of the region’s peoples.

In two posts on X, the chairman said: "Egypt and Saudi Arabia’s support for the Yemeni people in their struggle to restore state institutions is a cornerstone of security and stability in the region." He affirmed that Cairo and Riyadh are the pillars of Arab national security, and that their unity strengthens the Arab world’s resilience and ability to achieve lasting peace.
