Kuwait cabinet condemns Iranian attacks causing fires at key facilities

Kuwait's cabinet has condemned Iran's recent attacks on Kuwaiti territory, which targeted two power stations as well as oil and other vital facilities.

The cabinet stated that the Iranian assault resulted in fires and severe damage to critical infrastructure and civilian sites, calling it a blatant violation of Kuwait's sovereignty.

The Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy revealed that several power and water desalination plants have come under Iranian attack for the fourth consecutive day. These strikes have sparked fires at a number of these facilities.

Emergency teams responded immediately, coordinating with the General Fire Force and security authorities to contain and extinguish the fires. Damage assessments are underway, and plans to repair and rehabilitate the affected facilities have already begun.
