Zelensky accuses Russia of aiding Iran with satellite data for Middle East attacks

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has claimed that Russia is sharing its satellite observations from the Middle East with Iran to enable it to direct attacks in the region.

Writing on X, Zelensky said, "Since the beginning of July, we have recorded active Russian satellite surveillance of Gulf countries and US military installations there. These images later appear in Iran."

He also noted a clear link between Russian satellite images of these sites and Iranian attacks, whether before the attacks, during preparations, or afterwards to assess the resulting damage.

Zelensky continued on X, saying: "On July 19 and 20, four air bases fell within the scope of Russian satellite interest—two in Bahrain, one in Jordan, and one in Kuwait. The objective is clear. No one in the world should ignore a very simple fact: evil always seeks to escalate and expand. Russia must be stopped. This war must be stopped. Pressure on the aggressor must yield results."
