North Korean leader's sister: Pyongyang unmoved by US-South Korea drill cuts

Kim Yo Jong, the sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, said her country has no interest in the United States' decision to reduce the scale of joint military exercises with South Korea.

She added that the nature of the military drills between the two sides remains unchanged despite the reduction in size, as does what she described as Washington's hostile policy toward North Korea, according to Asharq.

Kim also stated that Pyongyang is unaware of any recent contact between US President Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un, but described the relationship between the two leaders as excellent.
