Speaking in an interview with Al Hadath TV, Al-Numan added that it was the IRGC that led the recent battle against Yemeni armed forces on the western coast front during the latest escalation.

The deputy minister went on to say that Iran supplies the militias with a range of experts, weapons, drones, and ballistic missiles in an attempt to ease the pressure it faces and shift it toward Bab Al-Mandab.
Al-Numan stressed that the relationship between Iran and the Houthi militias has grown deeper, with the militias now serving as a winning card for Iran, carrying out its agenda in the region at the timing chosen by the Iranian regime.
