Yemeni leader thanks Saudi Arabia for support during crisis

Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council Chairman Rashad Al-Alimi expressed his gratitude to Saudi Arabia, both its leadership and people, stressing that the Kingdom has stood by Yemen during its most difficult times and is a genuine partner in security and destiny.

Al-Alimi said that the Yemeni state, with the backing of the Coalition to Support Legitimacy, is now fulfilling its responsibility to protect the Yemeni people, noting that the government has made significant sacrifices in pursuit of peace.

He added that Yemen looks to its brothers and friends in the international community to continue their support.
