Yemeni forces target Houthi positions along Taiz frontlines and deeper

A senior military commander in the Taiz sector has confirmed that Yemeni forces targeted Houthi militia positions both along the frontlines and deeper within their territory.

The commander stressed that the forces will not allow the Houthis to implement Iran's agenda, according to Al Arabiya.

Meanwhile, Yemen's Cabinet has approved a set of executive measures to turn the general mobilization decision into actionable programs, as fighting intensifies in Taiz and Lahij provinces. The government has instructed state institutions to raise their readiness, mobilize national resources and capabilities, and strengthen coordination among government, military, and security agencies.
