Yemeni prime minister reaffirms commitment to restoring state

Yemeni Prime Minister Shaye Mohsen Al-Zandani said that, regardless of the challenges on the ground, recent developments will not change the unified national objective in the existential battle against the Houthi militia. He affirmed the government’s support for the armed forces, security services, military formations, and all national forces on the frontlines.

Al-Zandani made these remarks during a meeting with several community leaders and officials from Al-Wazi’iyah district in Taiz governorate to review the latest field and humanitarian developments amid the Houthi militia’s military escalation, which has resulted in casualties, displacement, and significant impacts on local residents.

The prime minister praised the sacrifices of Al-Wazi’iyah’s residents and all those stationed on the frontlines, stressing the government’s commitment to supporting families displaced by the fighting and to enhancing humanitarian response and providing essential needs for the displaced and those affected.
