The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that Russian forces targeted a dry cargo ship transporting military equipment and dual-use goods for Ukrainian forces off the coast of Odesa region.

According to a statement cited by Russia's Sputnik agency on Monday, the ministry said, "A dry cargo ship carrying military equipment and dual-use goods was struck 40 kilometers south of the port of Odesa."

The ministry added that "as a result of the strikes, a substation in the town of Kolodni in Ternopil region, which supplies power to military industrial facilities, was also hit."

It also noted that Russian armed forces targeted a facility belonging to the company Kromberg & Schubert in the city of Lutsk, which repairs vehicles for the Ukrainian armed forces.
