Yemeni Shield of the Nation forces repel Houthi attack in northern Lahij

Yemen's Shield of the Nation forces said they repelled a Houthi attack after fierce clashes on Monday in the northern part of Lahij province.

The incident followed the suspension of air traffic at Aden airport after Houthi threats to target the facility, according to Asharq Bloomberg.

The Yemeni army continues to confront Houthi militias on all fronts in an effort to neutralize their threat, reclaim territory, and restore stability across Yemen.
