Muslim World League condemns ongoing Israeli violations in Gaza

The Muslim World League has strongly condemned the ongoing Israeli violations in the Gaza Strip, including continued targeting of civilians, vital facilities, and civil infrastructure.

In a statement from its General Secretariat, Secretary-General and President of the Association of Muslim Scholars, Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, denounced the unacceptable and condemned Israeli violations in Gaza and all occupied Palestinian territories. He stated these actions violate all religious values, international laws, and humanitarian norms, and undermine all peace efforts. He also expressed strong support for the joint statement issued by the foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Indonesia, Pakistan, Egypt, and Turkey, which called for confronting these violations and protecting the Palestinian people and their legitimate rights.

He further stressed the urgent need for the international community to fulfill its moral and legal responsibilities to ensure an immediate halt to all Israeli violations in the occupied Palestinian territories.
