Gulf states urged to play active role in shaping region’s future after Iran conflict

Researcher in international relations Dr. Ali Al-Anzi has said that Gulf states must be among those who decide the future of the region after the end of the war, rather than settling for the role of bystanders when plans for the region are being drawn up.

Speaking in an interview with Al-Ekhbariya channel, he added that the people and leaders of the region’s countries are the ones who should shape its future and set its plans.

Al-Anzi pointed out that, without a doubt, there will be agreements and summits to discuss the outcomes of this conflict, whether at the level of the Middle East or in relation to the war in Ukraine.
