Egyptian foreign minister discusses regional developments with US adviser

Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, and Expatriates Badr Abdel-Aati met on Wednesday in Cairo with Musaad Boulos, Senior Adviser to the US President for Arab and African Affairs.

According to a statement from the Egyptian Foreign Ministry, the meeting addressed the strategic relationship between Egypt and the United States, as well as ways to strengthen cooperation and expand it to new horizons.

The two sides also discussed the latest developments in Sudan, Libya, and Yemen, in addition to the Iranian crisis. Both parties stressed the importance of de-escalation and prioritizing political solutions to enhance security and stability in the region.
