Trump: Houthis resurface, likely at Iran's direction

US President Donald Trump said the Houthi group has likely reemerged under Iran's direction, stressing that they are "behaving very badly."

Trump added that it was the Houthis who requested the United States halt its attacks against them a year ago, noting that he believed they had learned their lesson after US forces struck them, and that the attacks stopped at their request.

The US president continued that the Houthis remained quiet for a long period but have now resumed their attacks, likely at Iran's request. He accused the group of attempting to raise oil prices ahead of the elections, and emphasized that he would not forget this.
