Shabwa governor: Houthi cell of 13 arrested with truckload of weapons

Shabwa Governor Awad bin Al-Wazir has announced the arrest of a 13-member Houthi cell and the seizure of a truck loaded with weapons and explosives.

He added that the shipment of Houthi weapons and explosives had arrived by boat to Rudum district.

The governor stated that the weapons seized with the Houthi members had been smuggled by sea, including ammunition, explosive devices, and shells.

This comes as Yemeni forces continue their vigilance in confronting Houthi militias and working to prevent the arrival of further supplies.
