AIYemeni Armed Forces spokesperson Colonel Majed Abdullah Al-Nazili said the military continues its combat operations under Operation "Dawn of Yemen," conducting 1,087 successful strikes in recent hours. These operations, using warplanes, drones, field artillery, and rocket launchers, targeted advanced command and control centers, Houthi militia gatherings and reinforcements, firing positions, fortifications, and their heavy firepower and supply routes.
According to an official statement, Yemeni armed forces and popular resistance fighters in Taiz have continued raids and counterattacks on strategically significant sites. Airstrikes also targeted militia gatherings, reinforcements, and positions, inflicting heavy losses on Houthi ranks and capabilities.
On the fronts in Al-Jawf, Marib, Al-Bayda, and the southern and southwestern axes, reconnaissance and surveillance operations coincided with concentrated fire strikes. These actions thwarted infiltration attempts, prevented the movement of reserves, and restricted the militia’s ability to transfer reinforcements between fronts.
The statement said the operations resulted in the neutralization of around 336 Houthi leaders and fighters, and the destruction or disabling of 112 vehicles, equipment, supply means, and heavy weapons.
The statement affirmed that the Yemeni armed forces will continue to advance their combat operations with determination, pursue militia capabilities and sources of threat, and take necessary precautions to protect civilians and civilian sites.
