Iranian regime's scorched earth policy threatens regional and global security, analyst warns

Political analyst Sami Al-Morshed has warned that the Iranian regime is pursuing a scorched earth policy, posing a threat to regional security and the global economy.

Speaking in an interview with Al-Ekhbariya TV, Al-Morshed said the Iranian regime insists on violating agreements and continues to attack neighboring countries while threatening vital maritime routes in the region.

Al-Morshed noted that Pakistan shares the concerns of other regional states and the international community amid ongoing Iranian aggression. He added that Iran has embarrassed the Pakistani government and all countries that have attempted to mediate.
